The straps are average length so if you are 5'10" like me, this bra will be too short for you and will ride up. I tried going up a size to get an extra 1/2 inch, but the increase in width made it ride up more. I haven't found anything for tall women, so I've used this through 2 pregnancies, but I'm really tired of it riding up and consequently not providing the support I need. It also crosses higher than shown, so it can be seen, even when wearing modest pajamas.

I actually started buying nursing bras early in my pregnancy because my breasts started sagging severely and it felt so uncomfortable. This bra has helped so much, and I'm so glad I bought it. It's perfect for just lounging around in the house and feels so comfortable. I hang-dry it after taking it out of the washer to keep the quality in tact, and so far haven't had much problem with it.
This is probably best for small or medium-size breasted ladies. It may not work for larger-breasted women, but you probably just have to try it yourself.

While the bra itself is handy due to the ease of nursing in it, I found this to be the most uncomfortable bra I've ever owned! If you like sports bras, then this might appeal to you as they are very, very similar. I personally cannot stand the feel of a sports bra. The high back bothered me immensely and even though the elastic was definitely not what I would describe as tight it somehow managed to feel constricting around my ribcage. The actual covering for the breast did not lay flat and was loose on my breasts. It didn't really offer *any* support at all and any nursing pads I used wouldn't stay in place throughout the night!

i ordered an xl because an xl nursing tank fits perfect, it was too big but i took off tags too early to return :-s my bad but anyways, product still works perfect! very comfy even if too big :-p

This is very lightweight, so if you leak, you still need to wear a pad even at night. But it allows for quick middle of the night nursing with easy access.
